Shipping and Returns

If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can exchange your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes “Seconds” items.

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

Contact us at stamped.cat@gmail.com or by filling a contact form stating your order number, which items you would like to return, and why.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

Once we received your return, please allow up to one week for inspection and refund processing.

Depending on the reason for return, the cost of return might be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee will be charged for items not returned in original packaging.

Lost or damaged returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
